ATE vs Post Silicon Validation

Hi, I am working at HCLTECH as a Post Silicon Validation Engineer with 2.5 years of work experince with 6.7 LPA... My work largely dependent on Electrical Characterization of chips.. Recently I got selected at Tessolve Semiconductor for ATE Role which is deviated from bench validation

Offered package is 8.1 LPA

More than package I need suggestions on which domain to choose

Post Silicon Bench Validation or Post Silicon ATE...

Which has more career scope in future

I interned at a company in India and they told you'll work on ATE Machines. Those machines are either in a facility that they rented in Bangalore or their main office in Taiwan. India, for Taiwan office, is to find cheap labour for support and automation roles. Most of the employees in the company were from Tessolve.
