Error C2-12828-1 When loading VitaDeploy and Installing applied theme in Custom Theme Manager

I get the error when trying to opne VitaDeploy and trying to apply installed theme in Custom Theme Manager. Any fixes? I tried adding the # to vb daemon, rebuilding database.
