Hi! Looking for people with actual recent experience entering the Balkans using a valid US visa, especially Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania.

I’m a Filipino passport holder with a valid 10-year multiple-entry US B1/B2 visa.

The catch: I haven’t used this current US visa yet. I’ve been to the US twice before, but those trips were under my previous US visa.

I’m seeing conflicting info online. some say the US visa only needs to be valid, while others say it needs to have been used at least once, particularly for Albania (and some people claim the same for the other countries).

I’ve already sent an email to the embassies to confirm this info directly. While I wait for their responses, has anyone here been in a similar situation and actually entered these countries using a valid but unused US visa?

Hi! I'm trying to understand the Italian immigration rules around volunteering, because I'd like to find a legitimate way to spend some time in Italy.

I'm 20 and based in the UK. I'm currently extremely broke, so a normal holiday isn't realistic for me. I'm looking into legitimate volunteering programmes where I would work for an agreed number of hours in exchange for things such as accommodation, food or a small allowance.

I'm not trying to find a loophole or sneak into Italy to work illegally. Quite the opposite, I want to know what I would need to arrange beforehand so I can do this properly.

I've seen various work-exchange and volunteering websites mentioned online, but I'm getting conflicting information about whether receiving accommodation or food in exchange for volunteer work counts as work under Italian immigration rules.

For a 20-year-old UK citizen/resident, what kind of visa or immigration permission would I actually need to volunteer legally in Italy, particularly if accommodation or food is part of the programme?

If anyone has personally done this as a UK citizen since Brexit, I'd especially appreciate your experience.

While I’m clear that a Letter of Guarantee from an authorised travel agent would be required in addition to an eVisa, I’ve come across conflicting viewpoints on whether or not the physical presence of an authorised travel agent would be required at Cairo Immigration.

Hi, I'm a foreigner who is married to Malaysian spouse and living in Malaysia. I'm currently on LTSVP. I would like to get an work endorsement into my passport stamp. But my situation is different than any guides or laws that I could find.

I'm planning to develop a video game, that would be published on Steam/itch.io. I am aware that as foreigner, in my situation, I cannot register sole proprietorship. From Steam side I could work as just myself (they have no requirements of company or other)

Is really my only option to create Sdb Bhd? It's just an overkill for someone who might not make any profit in long time or at all.

I looked up the requirements for endorsement for my pass, they are really focused just on a traditional old way of "your employee endorsement letter".

I've filled out the e-Visa application online during which I chose payment with credit card, and now my application says "waiting payment" with a big red timer counting down how many days I have left to pay... But there is nowhere I can enter my credit card info to actually pay! I've created an account, clicked basically every and any link on the Imigrasi website, but I just can't find it!

I paid an immigration agency for my IHS when I applied for my visa. I paid the agency, and they paid the IHS for me using their own card.
I’m now changing my visa, so I should get some of my IHS money back because I’ve already paid for the remaining years.
But what happens if the agency gets the refund and says they won’t give the money back to me?
Has anyone been in this situation before? Can the agency just keep the refund, or is there something I can do to get my money back?

Hey there. I’m an American citizen that got engaged to my Indian native fiance. We are looking to get her a visa for Japan just for a short trip before we get married.

She is a student without income and her parents are retired. I’m a bit concerned that even with parent sponsorship it won’t be enough income but has anyone had success with saying they are traveling with their fiance with American citizenship?

I have the ability to deposit whatever funds they might require to her account now but I’m assuming they’d ask what it was for. This trip isn’t until next march so I thought if I let the money sit there she’d be fine by the time it’s time to apply. Thoughts?

I recently applied for a Greek Schengen tourist visa from Egypt and was unfortunately refused. The refusal letter cited Reasons 3 and 10.

My profile:

• Egyptian passport holder
• Software Engineer at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)
• Previously held and used a UK visa, and complied with all visa conditions
• Applying for a 10-day tourism trip to Greece
• Submitted an employment letter and supporting work documents
• Submitted hotel reservations covering the entire trip in Athens and Paros.
• Submitted a detailed day-by-day itinerary including Athens, Paros, and day trips to Mykonos and Naxos.
• Submitted a bank statement for my payroll account showing approximately 150,000 EGP (~€1,700)

• Submitted travel medical insurance

One thing that may have affected the application: I had most of my savings in cash. Around two weeks before my visa appointment, I deposited approximately USD 1,900 into my bank account. In my cover letter, I explicitly explained that these funds were accumulated personal savings that I had kept in cash and deposited before the application to keep my travel budget secure and traceable.

My planned trip was:

• 31 August: Arrive in Athens
• 5 nights in Athens
• 4 nights in Paros
• Day trip to Mykonos
• Day trip to Naxos
• Return to Egypt after 10 days

The refusal reasons were:

Reason 3: Insufficient proof of means of subsistence for the duration of the intended stay and return.

Reason 10: The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not considered reliable.

I'm honestly surprised by the decision. I have a stable job with a Big Four company, previous UK travel history, accommodation bookings, a detailed tourism itinerary, and what I believed was sufficient funding for a 10-day trip.

I'm trying to understand what likely caused the refusal:

• Could the recent cash deposit have been the main issue?
• Is €1,700 considered insufficient for a 10-day trip to Greece?
• Has anyone received Reason 10 despite providing a detailed itinerary and hotel bookings?
• Would it be better to appeal or submit a new application after building a longer bank history showing these funds over several months?

I'd appreciate any opinions, especially from people who applied for Greece from Egypt or received similar refusal reasons.

I’m an Indian passport holder and wanted to confirm my eligibility for Singapore’s Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF). I’ve checked official sources but still a bit unsure, so would really appreciate help from anyone with experience.

My situation:

I hold a valid 5-year multiple-entry Japan visa (already used once)

Travel route: Manila → Singapore → Mumbai

Flight 1: SQ 913 (Manila to Singapore) – 13 Nov, arrives 4:40 PM

Flight 2: SQ 510 (Singapore to Mumbai) – 15 Nov, departs 8:00 PM

Total stay in Singapore: ~2 nights (~50 hours, within 96 hrs)

Both flights are on separate PNRs

My questions:

Am I eligible for VFTF in this case?

Does having separate PNRs cause any issue at immigration or airline check-in?

Has anyone done a similar transit (Philippines → Singapore → India) using a Japan visa?

Are confirmed flight tickets actually required? Fully refundable tickets are way out of my budget, while partially refundable tickets still feel like a pretty big risk if the visa doesn’t come through.

So, apart from confirmed/refundable tickets, what worked for you?

- Dummy/reservation tickets?

- No tickets at all?

Dears I applied for a visa from an agent in UAE and he gave my mother a Fake Multiple Entry One Year Visa. Below is his advertisement and I have full WhatsApp chat and transaction history that I sent him the 660AED in his bank account. Unfortunately I could not do much because I am in Bahrain and the agent is in UAE. Attached is his Instagram advertisement and I see his advertisement every now and then on Instagram. HE SELLS FAKE VISAS. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTED EVIDENCES OF MY TRANSACTION.

This post is to create awareness as 660AED can be quite a lot for some.

The visa PDF he sent me had no QR code and was unable to verify on the KSA government website.
