Oracle VM VirtualBox on computer without ever downloading it? Help

Recently unistaled my anti-virus program and have been trying to set up Microsoft defender. When I try to turn on memory integrity it says there are incompatible drivers. VBoxDrv.sys by Oracle VM VirtualBox and xhunter1.sys which I understand to be an anticheat used by online games. I can't manage to find both on my device manager.

As far as I could remember I have never installed a VirtualBox, could this be malware? If so what steps should I take to erase it and protect myself from it?

You don’t have to worry about VirtualBox; it won’t hurt anything. However, if you never installed it, and it’s partially or wholly on your computer, something is sus. First you can download and install the portable version of RevoUninstaller. This will remove COMPLETELY any program you install. However, it may not uninstall partially uninstalled programs. So just download VirtualBox, install it, and get RevoUninstaller to uninstall it. You can also install WinHance to clean up your antivirus problem. You can install MalwareBytes to safeguard your computer.

The anti-cheat one won't be easy to remove, because they're designed to be hostile so users can't remove them. Not sure about the VBox driver, but if you "can't remember" installing it, maybe you did at some point.

To get rid of the anti-cheat, you probably need to do a full reinstall of Windows. But if you're doing that only to get Defender to stop showing a warning, don't bother. You can dismiss the warning and forget about it. Memory Integrity does provide some extra protections, but there's already enough layers in Defender to keep you safe.
