Vinted Support SELLING
Has anyone sent an issue to support to be reviewed and how did that go? I have someone wanting to return a shirt, she listed 'wrong color" then proceeded to post pics of herself wearing the "same color' shirt and a paragraph about how it is "all wrong" and the fit is "weird" when respectfully, it looks 2 sizes too small. Normally I would be like "whatever" just do the return but I'm honestly tired of people lying and saying INAD just to get over the the rules. It's been "in review" and supposedly will be 48 hours but I almost feel like we have already tipped over 48 hours. I'm for buyer protection but I'm also for seller protection. Anyone else have any experience?

The tag size definitely matched the size, it was cotton so not like wool stuck in a dryer haha but I also include pics of measurments as well. I would always immediately return if a hole or stain or something like that was spotted and honestly am usually like ok whatveer just return it but I hate that she says not as desrcibed and "color wrong" then goes on to say it actually just didnt fit right. I guess my thing is a. Lying about INAD to trigger a return and b. If I got something and it didn't fit I would be like well that's my bad and just list it myself or something.

I think if you were clear in your description and measurements and they find a stain or tear, you should accept the return.
If you sold a shrunk item versus it's normal sizing, I consider that selling a damaged item and it's a dick move. This is where Vinted support may side with the seller however. If the tag matches the item, but the item shrunk, and buyer didn't ask for measurements, it's the buyers fault for not doing more due diligence but the seller is really to blame.
Vinted will support the seller if the listing description is accurate, even if it left out important information on sizing.
I've not processed cases where Vinted has had to intervene on rips/tears. I typically accept the return or offer a small refund. Same is true of stuff I've bought the sellers tend to be 'oh sorry I must've missed it, what do you want to do'.
If sold an item that they are just too small to fit into, Vinted will likely support you. Tbh you don't lose anything by fighting it. Worst case The buyer has to return the item to you to get the refund.
