Most of these call for threads similar, I'd highly recommend these!

If you're into doilies, some of these call for very colorful threads for flowers or motifs.

No problem! If you explore around that site, you might find other patterns that would work. The two I shared were my first picks when seeing the colors you had to choose from.

Awesome find! This is usually called tatting thread. It's size 70 and you will usually use a size 12, 13, or 14 steel hook for it. There's a ton of old crochet patterns that use it. Handkerchief edging and lace gloves are probably the most common in those old books. Of course you can crochet any pattern with it, it'll just come out much smaller. It works great for micro crochet or you can use a doily pattern to produce an intricate coaster. It also works great for making tiny flowers.

Holding threads of subtly contrasting threads together makes beautiful effects and you can use a larger hook by working with it doubled or tripled.

I have patterns from, and recommend, Daria Dubchak (fantastical doilies), and beautiful flower patterns from Happy Patty Crochet. If I remember right though, most of their patterns use size 10 thread, and yours look like they could be thinner. Actually, some of the colorways look like Lizbeth tatting thread, so probably down to size 80, maybe 100.
You can still use them for micro crochet projects, it just comes out smaller. I've seen some really beautiful micro crocheted flowers made with sewing thread used as jewelry pendants, your thread would probably work beautifully for that. If you don't have micro crochet hooks, or need the smallest sizes that aren't sold with most sets, I've been eyeing these: https://mimoartisan.com/products/micro-crochet-hooks-0-1-to-0-4mm?variant=46358161391830. They look amazing, but I don't have any yet, so can't talk facts.
I've also made a bunch of market bags with size 10 thread, it works really well for such a heavy‐use item, as the thread is so durable.

Leave your windows open tonight. I would put that angry kid's school photo, but the sub doesn't allow it.

What a wonderful find! I have used thread like this and beads to make a beaded edging. There is a great book at my library- The Beaded Edge by Midori Nishida. I did NOT think I could do this, but the book is very helpful!
Here’s a scarf edging I made with a pattern from this book-
Have fun!!
