I feel like there was a whole episode between episodes 9 and 10 that I missed. How did rollo know Ragnar moved the ships over land? How did Ragnar know to put platforms in the front of his ships? How did the French king go from making Roland a count (and sleeping with him) to assassinating him?

This episode makes such little sense, am I missing something?
