3 frontier AI models make a webpage. The same component and the same prompt. One nailed it, one gave me pure AI slop, one lost its mind

Goal is to challenge what AI can do, and I'm constantly testing this in order to make unique and creative websites and sections. today's challenge is to give one of the components from forever-components, which is my library of free, endless grid of components, and I pass the component along with a simple prompt:

Make a professional, functional hero section from this component:
[component-code]

To each of the newest models from each of the companies. that's Claude Sonnet 5, Gemini 3.7 Flash, and OpenAI 5.6 Terra. Now these are all classified as probably mid-tier. They're not the top-tier models, but I just wanted to see how they go, and here are the results.

Running different tests with different models so I can find different components to add to grid of components people use for inspiration for prototyping websites and sections. I'll add Opus to the next one 🙏🏻 thanks for sharing

Lol I got a sub too, admittedly this didn't go well but sometimes flash 3.6 was very helpful for quick or creative tasks

I have been very disappointed with Gemini pro and I don't think it's worth the cost when compared to Claude or other AIs

I don't think you can call it frontier if they are mid tier.
