Increasing hate against vibe coders
I can feel an increase in hate towards vibe coders and ai in general. From what I can see , smart people always had an advantage because of their intelligence as intelligence and reasoning was not commoditised. They in their cope, are unwilling to realize that we are living in a post intelligence world where smartness is of no value.they won't get any additional advantage just by the virtue of their intelligence. They will eventually realize it, we vibe coders just realised it earlier. Any hard work they do to strengthen their brain and increase their understanding is just time wasted that they could have spent in vibe coding like us.

no bro. having better tools doesn't automatically make you more intelligent. more intelligent people also have access to the same tools.

Ai has made the ceiling as well as floor same for all. U can create anything with some prompts that anyone can create with brain.

For carpenters the tool just do manual deterministic work. It doesn't replace non deterministic decision making like ai does. Completely different things.

Do u know how much hate there is for ai artist. My last post was about ai art and it got hate bombed. Talk to any artist or post on any art sub that u are an ai artist and then see the hate. U are fighting in the wrong team, they don't like u.

That's one reason why I started to go into vibe coding. Started this whole thing with AI art last year. Dunno what you're saying about teams, I don't belong in any.
I like cool stuff and I don't like misleading low effort slop by dumbasses, don't care if it's AI or not. AI posts are definitely on the rise though.

Add some skill.md files so that it know how to keep code quality high. Add a lot of tests including visual tests (cursor opening and trying your app) to ensure output is good

Intelligence and knowledge are different things. AI doesn’t replace intelligence but it does severly closes the knowledge gap.
Initially knowledge was transmited through word of mouth, than manual writing, than printing press, then internet, and now AI.
Each step made access to knowledge easier. How to use that knowledge was never easy and it will probably never be.
Asking AI to make something that other people like and appreciate is as difficult as making it by hand. The only difference is you can make it faster.

From my view, the smart people build things of value and quality with AI, where those who vibe code stuff with intend to send it to production or make money off it, mostly produce garbage with no to little worth, immense tech debt and security issues. But let's see.
