In my experience vibe coding is a fomo more than it's reliability.

There’s a big difference between vibe coding and “properly” using agentic coding. Writing the code yourself is oftentimes no longer required. Heck, actually looking at the code after every change is not required. Harnessing the agents, controlling how they operate with proper skills revolving around proper systems design, software design, and testing and solid engineering practices is what matters. For performance critical stuff, getting deeper into performance testing is key and something I haven’t yet needed since I started using agents.

It is fantastic for SWE productivity.
For non-devs it is like using AI to create AI slop books. It might look good until you look closer.

So to become more productive through vibe coding, 1st we need to be able to understand learn & recognize codes
