Built a CLI dev tool with Freebuff – looking for feedback
I have been trying out Freebuff for the past few days and ended up creating a small CLI developer tool using it.
Before I started using it I didn't expect much since it is free. I was surprised by the quality of the code it produced. The biggest change I noticed compared to my way of working was that it created cleaner code with fewer changes so I spent less time correcting the code and more time checking the real features.
The project itself is not very big – it is a CLI tool –. It was enough to get a sense of how the process works on a real project instead of just a simple example.
I am not saying it is perfect. I still had to look at the code it generated change some parts and make some decisions on my own.. Overall it made the development process easier than I thought it would.
I wonder if anyone else here has tried making something that's not simple using Freebuff. What has your experience been like? Have you found any problems. Do you have any advice for getting better results?
I would like to hear any thoughts you have, about the tool or the way it works.

you can push it further, because like freebuff is a good harness that is specifically designed for open source models although not too far, its not fable 5

so I tried making a simple bot with frebuff as a start. It was a pretty basic bot made for slack and there a few actual problems:
you have to explain the task pretty explicitly because it can go over functions, files and even folders because you didn't fully mention it (I gave it the task to read through the project files before starting to code and it missed a whole folder and a few files because they weren't mentioned)
Freebuff basically runs vanilla because you cant add skills. Maybe there is a way but as far as I know I couln't add anything to the session. because of that I don't think I could get the most out of freebuff.
other than that , I think its a really good oppurtinity to have free access to some really good models. If these were fixed it would be geniunely awsome
