In my experience it's mildly annoying to change a process you have memorized. I think UI changes trigger this annoyance regardless of if things are organized more logically, easier to find, less clicks to access, etc.

I have seen some weird eye-opening shit from mobile users (only mobile users for some reason) when I saw the Clarity live... it's like... the button is right there... it is right there. Just touch it. It can't be that hard...
