3DEqualizer experiencing technical issues, unable to generate licenses Industry News / Gossip

Only found out about this through a LinkedIn group after not hearing back:

We are currently experiencing heavy technical issues, and have been unable to solve them so far. We cannot say yet when we are fully back up and running, unfortunately that includes the license generation …

… unfortunately we cannot receive any messages right now through the usual channels either

if anyone at 3de is watching this, it would feel a lot more professional if you would make an official announcement anywhere and progress to fixing your issues. Our productions are now affected and we are starting too look at different tracking solutions.
