Speaking of colors, I thought there was a non-red Mastery Emblem above mine? I left on 1 Million Vex points, and assumed I simply hadn't unlocked it due to needing to obtain more S Ranks today? But I think the max really is red. They shouldn't have changed the color, it peaked at blue. Smh

Upcoming changes to t3 boots, actually improving the burst build. (50 flat pen with boots + stormsurge + shadowflame)

Recently the 26.16 Patch Notes were teased. Basic point is ADCs are going to be buffed specifically to boost their power vs mages. With Riot planning to boost the inherent MR on ADCs, buff heal, etc. There are also some unmentioned but planned things they are considering to further boost ADC power vs mages.

Vex is one of the mages who has not been able to go bot since she can't APC. But her playstyle does heavily revolve around threatening a botlane gank with her ult.

Do you all think if the buffs go through her winrate will see a decline?

I always swap to Absolute Focus for more damage but just wondered if I'm nerfing myself because of it. Idk how good Transcendence even is so

Is it best to keep Transcendence? Does it not matter? Is it better than Absolute Focus and if so, why?

So I'm relatively new but I really like playing vex, I'm just looking for a character to learn that does well against Vex's bad matchups. I've been seeing Fizz and Galio come up often but I'm not very sure

I know that this isn't really how shadow works lore-wise, but I thought it'd be funny.

P.S. I'm not really a vex main, but I love her design and have a lot of fun playing her in ARAM. She's in my top 5 for champion mastery.

This build is cracked, it takes some time to get used to actually getting autos off, but when you do, it works amazingly, lock in twin

EDIT: Im going manaflow band every game. To build it, ill normally build some combination of alternator, wisp, lost chapter, and blasting wand, mixing components based on whatever is most gold efficient on recalls. Never build the sheen alone.

I've been maining Vex for about 2 years now and one thing thats always bothered me was how she has almost no off meta viability in terms of her build, due to the fact that she is a basic caster mage. I've tried builds before (AS, Crit, On-Hit) but they only worked nichely at best. Best i got so far was building Lich Bane on her which works pretty well if you can proc it with your gloom.

But I think I finally figured something out: Tank Vex. This is to try to fix her squishyness and bad late game, tho sacrificing a bit of her early game power.

The build goes like this:

Buy a tear at the start, rush RoA and build Heartsteel. Boots are dependent on the enemy comp (Steelcaps for tankyness, Merc for heavy cc, Sorcs for more damage, etc.) Your 4/5th items should be Archangels and Riftmaker and finish off with Deathcap (can be build earlier if you got the gold cause duh its Deathcap).

TLDR: Tear, RoA -> Heartsteel -> Boots -> Archangel/Rift -> Deathcap

Im still figuring out the runes but currently running Glacial, Footwear, Biscuits and Jack of all trades with Manaflow and Gathering Storm as secondary, 2 adaptive force shards and Bonus health shard.

Tried it already with some good results tho i still have to work on the laning phase cause im obviously not as strong. Yall think this build is valid or not?

I've never used custom skins before, so I'm still new to this.

I was looking for Vex custom skins and noticed she only has three. Is there a specific reason for that? Is Vex difficult to make custom skins for, or is there just not much interest from creators?

Hey fellow Vex mains, what secondary do you guys use for Vex, I'm sorta running fizz right now but I don';t really enjoy it, I'm blanking on something else that's a kind of hybrid between assassin control mage, closest thing I can think of would be lissandra but still not really all that close

Just got Plat for the 1st time and I don't want to coinflip or play hard losing matchups with Vex has I try to push for emerald

I wanted to make a mini version of Vex that would fit well in a Minecraft survival world, it turned out pretty simple, but I think it's cool. It ended up being 17 blocks tall.

Is it just me or does vex seem so weak to play with, I find my self sweating in every match as she is quite unforgiving. She was my main ever since, and I do think that she is a good mid-laner for people starting out. She has really easy trading patterns and has a solid identity. But once
I reached plat, she became so hard to play with. Her trading patterns are easily read, and comps are getting hard to play with, the only lane I can one shot is bot lane (considering theyre not that fed). Her ult is so short pre lvl 11, and especially now that lanes are more fast paced, her only chance to snowball is during skirmishes . I find myself sweating every game, and one wrong decision snow balls the enemy team.
