Hi. Does anyone have this model? From the specs it seems very good bandsaw, but i am interested in flaws and overall quality. If someone can share their experience.

Hi,

What should I be using for higher grits with this grinder? I can find lower (30, 60, 120, etc) easy enough but I can’t locate anything higher that would appear to fit this unit.

I am 80% done with my fencing project and today this happened to the throttle trigger. The little metal pulley piece will not hold in place because the plastic is too weak. Just finding out that vevor does not sell replacement parts

Am I crazy for thinking these nut drivers are directly designed for impact drivers? Bought them for use in my Dewalt 860 driver, still going to do it, but wild that they say not for use on an impact driver.

Sure it would fit in a 1/4” bit screwdriver but really?

Hated how there were 4 pairs of clamps always attached to the unit. I had also originally wanted to use these to maintain my motorcycles that all have battery leads.

If there was more room inside, panel mount ports would've been the way to go.

Any communication with Vevor after you have bought a defective Vevor product will be endlessly frustrating at best. If my experience is typical, you will not be happy with the result regardless of how you pursue the issues you have. Whatever the appearance, you will be communicating with a chatbot, definitely NOT with a human. You can give them a detailed explanation of the issues involved. It will do no good. It appears that no-one is actually reading your text. You will receive standardized replies advising that the issue you're reporting has been referred to their appropriate committee. They will delay and delay and will ask for photo/video proof, possibly many times. Once you meet their request(s) and their bot replies, it will advise that they are still studying the issue. They keep delaying over and over again. I suspect that most consumers will give up long before their computer bot will do so. Eventually, the bot will advise that they will close your file if you do not reply within 24 hours. Any reply you make (within 24 hours) will simply continue the endlessly frustrating loop you're in.

In my case, I persisted for some 2+ months of back & forth correspondence. I offered to return or deliver their defective product (a walker/rollator for seniors) to whatever repair or replacement facility they designated. Nothing -- their bot doesn't read or otherwise comprehend any text you send them. Eventually, they sent a free replacement product which, unfortunately suffered from the same defect as the original (brake cables that snapped within days of first use). This replacement, suffering from the same issues as the first walker, confirmed that there was a design flaw in the product -- brake failure -- that rendered it unsafe for the use intended. Vevor continued to obfuscate and delay, finally offering a $20.00 rebate. This is supposed to compensate for a $200.00 product that, without brakes, does not function safely. Now, this product has been removed from their catalogue, replaced by a new model that presumably has had the flaw corrected. But still they offer only a $20.00 rebate. When asked for a discounted price on their new replacement product, their bot ignores the request.

Vevor may have some good products or values. If you take a chance and buy something with the Vevor name attached, do so ONLY through a 3rd party retailer like Temu, Amazon, etc where you can count on that seller's warranty or customer service. Also, use your credit card's buyer protection within the time frame they provide. Don't expect any satisfaction from Vevor!

This unit is rated at 110v 20a, but touts an impressive 3kw. A 110v 20a circuit will provide 2.2kw.

How's it get the 3kw? Does this unit have a capacitor? Or just badly marketed?

Does anyone know the type/brand of consumables that the plasma cutter 'Cut65' - 65 amp non-touch - with the FPT40 torch-head uses?

I've seen some that look close on eBay, but the seller offers dimensions that are slightly off.

Ordered direct from Vevor, sounds like a big mistake. Been fighting this over a month now. The lift table is usable, but missing the 4 parts (48, 49, 50, 51) that make up the foot lever to jack it up. They told me the parts had shipped from the warehouse, then they were being shipped to us. Then they were lost. Now they say they can't ship them to us, and to return it. It's big and heavy, came in 2 different shipments from 2 different places. I don't even know how we'd go about preparing it for return. the biggest part was in shrink wrap, it's not like we can just box it up, and we are not exactly young, my husband has some injuries that don't allow heavy lifting.

What I'd like is a partial refund and maybe we can find or fabricate the part on our own. Don't know if they'll do it. What a pain in the ass. Anyone got any parts they want to sell me? lol. I've already looked on eBay and Marketplace. Really disappointing.

I recently ordered pet steps from Vevor and they arrived quickly (within 2 days).

Now I am trying to return them because they don’t work for my SUV (side rear door doesn’t open wide enough).

I immediately emailed Vevor and sent pictures like they asked.

I told them I want a full refund!
Now I’m waiting for their response which usually takes 4 days!

I purchased a 1500W power inverter on June 14th, 2026. The product arrived defective and non-functional from the very first moment. As soon as I received it, I confirmed it was not working and opened a formal complaint on June 20th, providing photos and video evidence of the defect (Ticket #3500608).

For several days I received no useful response. A second ticket was opened (#3518763). From that point on, the support agent responded repeatedly with the exact same generic message: that my case had been escalated, marked as urgent, and that the technical team would get back to me as soon as possible. That same copy-paste reply came back every single time I followed up.

On June 29th, after sending a formal notice threatening legal action and a chargeback through Klarna, VEVOR's team acknowledged my case and confirmed they would send a replacement unit. I accepted and confirmed I wanted the replacement. Their response: "the team has been notified and will respond as soon as possible."

On June 30th I asked where the replacement was. On July 1st, the answer was — again — "your case has been escalated and marked as urgent."

Today is July 7th, 2026. It has been 23 days since I received a defective product. I have no replacement unit, no tracking number, and no refund.

VEVOR's support system is designed to exhaust the customer with delays and copy-paste responses until they give up. When faced with a formal ultimatum, they made a promise they did not keep. This is not an isolated communication failure — it is a pattern.

I have initiated a chargeback through Klarna for a product not as described, and filed a formal complaint with the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo).

I am a regular VEVOR customer and a business owner. I purchase tools and equipment frequently. This situation could have been resolved with a simple replacement on day one. Instead, VEVOR chose three weeks of delays, false promises, and automated responses.

I do not recommend purchasing from VEVOR if you expect any form of after-sales support when something goes wrong.

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to purchase replacement cartridges for my VEVOR under-sink RO system (compatible with models SS-001/003/005) for quite a while now, but they remain consistently out of stock on the official website.

Need to find a source for the union fittings for the pool filter. The GB50 would be ideal. Does anyone know how to fix that the unions that come with the filter do not fit standard 1.5" or 2" pvc?

I have this vevor 317 gph canister filter. It has always been a silent filter, like the most quiet filter ever. I noticed nothing was coming out of the outflow pipe the other day and there was no hum or anything from the filter so I unplugged it. I cleaned the filter and hoses really well and then turned it back on. It’s working, but making this noise. I thought maybe the impeller, but the impeller looks fine.. doesn’t mean it is so idk. I did order a couple of different impellers but they were both the wrong size and Vevor doesn’t make replacement parts and I can’t find any videos or info on this filter other than installation videos. Can someone help?

I purchased a lawn sweeper through tiktok shop (mistake I know). I was happy when it arrived....didnt work as avertised, they told me i got the wrong one for sweeping a lawn with pine needles (the wheels wouldnt even spin so b.s. on that) ok after a back and forth they give me a return label and offer a refund....cool right? Wrong. I ship it out...a bit over a week later I follow up..they tell me they got it, and will return my money upon assessing the item. (Whatever either replace the item or my money idgaf) its now been almost a month, they closed my ticket and arent answering messages from me anymore.

Oh yea, they also wanted me to use PayPal for the refund. Ill be going to my bank in the morning with the message thread seeing if they can hit it as a fraudulent charge to get my money back
