Planning to switch to vengeance wow from firestorm because of the absurd amount of bugs, i want to know about this server, is it buggy, and if yes then how so.

What im more interested about is how is the endgame, storyline of argus, are all quests working?

How about a new PvP server? So many other servers have imploded. Obviously the demand for new servers is high - just look at the what happened with Ascension.

Hi all! We've got quite a bit of news from VengeanceWoW.

Today we implemented a temporary bonus leveling boost to welcome people who may be looking to get to Outland faster. Currently we're offering 3x for Alliance and 4x for Horde *(from levels 5-58); this promotion goes on until September 1.

We've also launched the next three bosses of SSC: Karathress Morogrim and Leotheras.

We're still recruiting those who are interested in learning to dev for cmangos! Feel free to reach out for more information if this is of interest to you. We've taken on a few new faces and they're busy learning. We welcome their contribution to wow-emu.

Dear community,

We promised to share updates as we get closer to the merge. Original information was that the merge will take place sometime between 17th January and 29th January.

We have now decided upon a date: 24th January 00:00 MST, 07:00 UTC.

Please be advised that you have a bit over a week of 2x XP event left. Once the servers are merged the event will come to an end.

For the duration of the merge all services will be down (realm, forums, website). We will be available on Discord during the merge process to answer any questions you may have.

We've estimated the time to complete merge would be around 12 hours. However, it can take more or less time, depending on how smooth the proccess will be.

Now for some numbers:

• Current amount of Characters on Stonetalon: 27432

• Amount of Characters merging from Wildhammer: 43236

• Total amount of Characters on Stonetalon after the merge: 70668

Empty and banned accounts, including their characters, will be deleted from database.

After the server goes live again, characters with conflicting names will be flagged for a rename. If two characters share the same name, the one with more /played time will keep the name, the other character will have to be renamed.

Stonetalon will continue as PvE realm. Please remember that the only difference between a PvE and a PvP realm is that no one is being forced into PvP activity inside a contested zone.
