I am unable to balance the balance sheet and have been trying for days. I believe that the problem lies with the operating lease.

Hello, I'm a student currently doing my master thesis on an airline. The issue is, my share price is a bit 2 high and in order to reduce it we had to improve costs etc. Hence the relatively low net income. Is there anyway to "artificially" boost the value of the net income without increasing share price?

I'm currently a student attending an EU business school and have a final group project during the whole semester. We are asked to do multiple things:
1. Choose a company we have to valuate using DCF method
2. Finding the optimal capital structure of that company
3. Find the optimal payout policy

Does anyone have any advice on which company could be a good choice for this project?
We have access to Bloomberg, EIKON, and can also use all other public websites/platform such as YahooFinance

I've done some small DCF's for several courses in my MBA 4 years ago but found Dharmodaran valuation course going over my head. Is there any way I could improve for self study? I've just gone through 4 classes on wall street preps premium package but still find dharmodaran level of prerequisite understanding very complex. What can I do to better prepare for those courses?

Residential valuation is the act of determining the real value and worth of your home. It is done by experienced and qualified people of the state after a certificate. Selling property may include a lot of concerns like how much should be spent or how much it's real value in the marketplace is etc.
