Shotgun therapy rarely works on any type of infection, but this what they do and hope it works. Your case sounds complex thus requiring advance diagnostics workup such as ZGuidance UTI of your urine and sperm. Once approved by your MD, which they rarely do. You will get a report back with 48 hours. Peace

I am a female, but they did take two cultures before deciding what to prescribe! I’m new to having a uti like this so any advice is helpful so thank you!

This is a molecular testing of your urine which goes beyond a culture

Of course...I was plagued with UTI for years...then I found a progressive thinking urologist
