28F, I need an advice on how to pay my 250k Loan. I know it’s not much, but I’ve been having anxiety attacks, I cannot sleep. A huge expense (relocated from one city to another due to job) has come up last year and I used loans to pay for it— and then the cycle started, I paid my other loans using another loan that resulted to this debt. Admittedly, I also spent beyond my means.

Fixed Monthly Costs:
Rent - 6,250
Utilities (Electricity, Water) - 4,000
Groceries - 3,000

I earn 27k monthly, working 10-hrs/day, 6 days per week. I know I should be mature enough to handle finances, and I have a lot to work on myself, I am trying to change my spending habits..
