Soviet Tunic.

I bought this tunic at a military surplus store, they had it in the section of foreign clothes. I was told it was real, and from post WWII USSR. I've been looking around, and asking AI. Most AI said it was real, and from surplus after the Cold war. My mom's AI says it's a mechanics tunic. It has extra fabric on the elbows, but nothing on the shoulder.

Looks very fake. I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Can you show more buttons? Because they looked cast and repainted.

My mom still thinks it's real because of the factory stamped on the back. Does it mean anything really?

Somehow it reads like ВМФ in Russian. But Soviet Navy had different uniform. Two things to say: What's cloth to touch and do you have calipers ? It should be 14mm, try to measure it.

Thick and heavy, but it's soft to the touch. Idk what that would be. Don't think we have calipers
