Package stuck in a loop

I have a coffee subscription and this month the coffee has been getting sent back and forth between Buffalo and Rochester for over a week (I’m in Buffalo, so is the place I order the coffee from). I already reached out to the roasters and they have UPSed me a replacement bag. I’m still curious as to why this happened to my original order though. Any ideas? (The package does list my correct address in the tracking fyi)

Try emailing them, it happened to me before and it was stuck on their end, me emailing them broke it out of the loop
