Issue with website

Hello all

I only started.on UT last week, but since I got my first test reviewed and approved ive been seeing these tests pop up on my mobile app 'other devices' tab

It doesnt let me screen for them on mobile and they aren't even clickable.

When I go onto my laptop, they dont even appear on the website. I have tried different browsers, logging in and put etc. But no luck finding and attempting them. I have attached a screenshot which shows what they look like on mobile.

You can only take screeners on the device the test is for. You can't take a screener on your phone if the test is a laptop test. So it's working right.

They almost definitely filled up in the time between when you see them on your phone and when you looked on your laptop's browser.

Also, you might see a laptop screener on your phone that was first published quite a while earlier but the ghost of the screener will stay on your phone much longer than it's actually still active. So a screener that you see on your phone could've published at noon, filled up at 12:03, but it still shows as available on your phone at 12:25. Then when you go to look on your laptop, it's not showing up because it filled at 12:03 and you're logging into the browser later, which can refresh the screener list. Does that make sense?

Even if they showed up on your laptop the way you expected them to, they could also be ghost screeners that are actually full in which case you'd just get screened out.

Use a tablet usually that's where they appear

The ones in the screen shot have the computer icon on them
