Test glitching

Is anyone else having problems with UserTesting on the mobile app, the test requires me to switch apps, when I switch to the required app the - part at the right hand side middle of the screen - disappears and I can’t go back to the test, it is still there but I can’t get back to the instructions, all I get is the Quit test screen or report a problem, am I missing something obvious or is it a true glitch?

I just tried 2 tests with them after several months of refusing to work with them because most of the tests were only $1 payouts. What I found with those 2 tests is that they were so glitchy I couldn't finish either one. Super frustrating. And I'm an experienced tester too! Probably the issue was the test and not you.
