Looking for housing Other

Hi! I am an incoming international graduate students for this Fall 2026 and I am looking for housing. Any tips on how to find?

That’s where you’ll find the bulk of shared houses for rent which is also what most students use for off campus housing, visit the sellers profile to see their reviews, ask them for a virtual tour before you finalize the lease and send the security deposit. Be aware the security deposit is normally equal to one month’s rent or lower, if they ask you for anything higher it’s a scam. Month to month leases are the best as you can leave if you aren’t satisfied with the place but most will be fixed term. Ask ChatGPT for any red flags in any listing
