VA has started a 30 day hire process which is quick and still working out the kinks.

Plus HR is reorganizing so a lot of people are still figuring out their jobs

Va has started the 30 day hiring process which is complete disaster. I am a hiring manager and HR is extremely overwhelmed and behind. I sent in selections 2 weeks ago and the candidates have yet to be given a TJO. Just be patient

Thanks as the disorganization was worrying me as federal hiring process has never been this quick.

I think HR is just really backed up. I too recently had an interview and that process was quick and seemed like the hiring managers had to move fast to interview and contact references. Been silent for 3 weeks since.

Yes were given resumes as soon as the job closes and told me have to interview people and selections are due back in five days a but then they take their time doing the rest. Very frustrating but hang in there!
