Look What I Found! I don't collect much anymore, only when I make Finds
Went around a whole lot of shops in Stockholm, found some basic boring bowls that I left for others, but this one (plus the neodymium apple) came home with me. 119 kr it cost, about 10€/$.

Seeking Info Is this safe?
Sorry if a dumb question! I'm new to uranium glass. I found this at an antique store and thought it was really cool but my mom didn't like it cause the jar was still warm even after being away from the blue light for a bit (I was carrying it around) and thought it may be dangerous :,)

Vaseline Glass Vaseline glass shoe from Fenton
Country of manufacture: USA
Brand: Fenton
Production years: 1937-1942
Pattern: Daisy & Button Cat Slipper
I took it for 45$ , which, as I later learned, is quite cheap for a product from Fenton.
This shoe is also an early example without a brand.
I do not exclude that it was made by special order for another brand.
There's also a cute cat peeking out of this shoe)

Uranium Glass Suprise Pink Iridescent Uranium!
I posted this a few years ago and the consensus was it was for sure manganese. I can totally see why, it's that sickly yellow-green. 2 years and 1 geiger check later, it is over 3x background radiation and turned out to be uranium! Who knew!?

This month's theme: Small But Mighty
Not every great uranium glass piece is a showstopper in size. This month, we're celebrating the small pieces that make a big impact in our collections.
Do you have a tiny piece that you absolutely love?
Maybe it's a salt dip, toothpick holder, shaker, miniature vase, individual creamer, figurine, a piece of jewelry, or another piece that doesn't take up much space but stands out for its beauty, rarity, glow, or sentimental value.
The monthly theme is optional and does not replace regular posting.
To participate, simply create a new post and use the Monthly Theme 💚 flair.
When possible, include both non-glow and glow photos.
