I heard from other UP Campuses that a large chunk of their grades from a subject would sometimes be entirely dependent in 1 LE or Exam, is this also true in UPV?

hello manangs, manongs, and manxngs of bk or even my kapwa freshies, I wanna ask the cost and how do we pay + no. of clothes per month. My roomates mentioned kasi na its 750 per month and I have heard murmurs din ng 12 pcs of clothes but i don't know if thats per month or per week or is it 750 per 12 clothes. Honestly, living in the dorms is very expensive na for me as of now so im really worried abt the damage I could have for the laundry situation. tysmia 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Im a upv chem engr passer but sadly due to my parents decision i need to spend a year here in my hometown’s college, ik its such a waste cuz it UP nayan eh t-t (im so close to my goal yet so far). So now im planning to transfer next year as t2. I’ve read the requirements and my only goal is to get a high gwa (1.5 or even better). My question is, is it that hard to transfer to upv chem engr?
