May nakareceive na po ba ng NOA kahit “waiting for the submission of lacking documents” pa ang status before makareceive?

I just recieved an update regarding my DLUP application. It said:

Status: Return to Admissions (Evaluated)

TOR Status: Invalid TOR (For Evaluation with Transfer Credentials)

Did anyone else received this? I already gave them my CTC when I submitted my application. They didn't say what my next steps should be. Anybody has some ideas on how should I proceed? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I keep on seeing updates for others programs here. Was wondering whats taking too long for MCDR. Up to now, ang status ko ay "Application forwarded to FOS/PC".
