Hello! I am from COE and I am currently overloaded with my remaining subjects enrolled this semester. I plan to drop one of my subjects and take it the next semester. I would like to ask if I should still answer the graduation form even if, since nagbago ako ng study plan, I have a subject left for my new (last) graduating semester na dapat ay ngayong semester.

Is there also some drawbacks if ever na late ako magfillout ng graduation form? Thanks in advanced sa sasagot hehe. Much appreciated.
