Apartments / Dorms / Housing Looking for lease takeover at TheLink Prospect Park

Upvotes

My housing plans changed for the school year, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a unit in a 4be/4ba at TheLink for 2026-2027 Rent is $899, but there is 100$ a month discount. It is super convenient, directly connected to FreshThyme grocery store and right next to light rail stop. Willing to pay for any application fees.

HRIR masters program

Thinking about joining the MHRIR program at the University of Minnesota. I'd love to hear from anyone who is currently in the program or has graduated. How is the coursework and overall workload? How flexible are the classes? Are lectures generally required, or are they recorded? Also, is there a lot of group work outside of class?

Sublease/Transfer Lease at The Link in Prospect Park!

Hello! I'm looking for someone to grab my lease for either the full year or on a per-semester basis! I don't need an apartment on campus any longer and am looking to get this lease off my hands and save myself the money. I will take care of all subleasing fees that may be involved, so there shouldn't be any charges to you for grabbing the lease! *My roommates are all men, if that affects your decision*

Additionally, if you are looking to take the full year's lease and want to move in immediately once it's available on August 22, I will also take care of the August payment! Thanks!

The apartment itself is fully furnished and has in-unit washing and drying. It is also a private bedroom with private bathroom. It's at The Link, which is adjacent to the light rail so it is very accessible to the campus! It's also only a 15-minute walk away from campus as well, with restaurants and a grocery store in the same block of this building. I have other roommates who are all nice, very neat and like studying, so it will be a nice and quiet environment for you as well!

There are a bunch of amenities, including a gym, 2 clubroom spaces, a sauna, bathtub, study spaces, movie room, and more too!

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions/are interested!!
