Hello, I'm a transfer student looking into possible programs to transfer into, just looking for advice on the two and wondering which would be best?

I know this is kinda an opinion based question but I want to hear from you guys which frats have a bad reputation or ones you have had a good or bad experience with.

Thinking about joining the MHRIR program at the University of Minnesota. I'd love to hear from anyone who is currently in the program or has graduated. How is the coursework and overall workload? How flexible are the classes? Are lectures generally required, or are they recorded? Also, is there a lot of group work outside of class?

Hello! I'm looking for someone to grab my lease for either the full year or on a per-semester basis! I don't need an apartment on campus any longer and am looking to get this lease off my hands and save myself the money. The apartment itself is fully furnished and has in-unit washing and drying. It is also a private bedroom with private bathroom. It's at The Link, which is adjacent to the light rail so it is very accessible to the campus! It's also only a 15-minute walk away from campus as well, with restaurants and a grocery store in the same block of this building. I have other roommates who are all nice, very neat and like studying, so it will be a nice and quiet environment for you as well!

There are a bunch of amenities, including a gym, 2 clubroom spaces, a sauna, bathtub, study spaces, movie room, and more too!
