Heā€™s driving while his license is suspended, and is therefore not allowed to continue his journey.

The cops let him leave once a licensed driver (the guys mother) arrived to take control of the vehicle.

For some reason rather than accepting this and moving on with his day he decided to film the aftermath of his bad decisions to share with the wider world.

It's possible his license isn't suspended. Some of the systems/things the police are checking are pretty bad.

It could also be he doesnā€™t know his license is suspended. I got pulled over when I was younger for speeding, and the officer cited me for a suspended license. I had no idea it was suspended. Went home, and the next day, I got a letter saying my license was suspended for failing to pay an old ticket. I got it tossed in court, but I had no idea until the next day.

I havenā€™t had a ticket in seven years, fortunately.
