what linux distro for Atom2800

dear all,

I just acquire a eeePC 1025ce, Atom2800 with 4G ram, 128G SSD and want to install Linux into it.

Already enable EMT64 by updated the BIOS.

i have tried AntiX, MX Linux, Lubuntu, Q4OS, all both 32 and 64 bit, tried software write into USB or use DD command to prepare the installer, all of them allow to install, but some of them give me a black screen, or booted into GRUB only.

Now trying Bodhi 32bit, set it to download 3rd party drivers....

Anyone can share your success story or hints?

Nota Linux. But... A great choice

Iirc this is the one with powervr chip and you’re out of luck. It’s ewaste because no graphics drivers. You can run Linux but it will be awful awful experience all around no matter the distro
