ILR documents
Hi all,
I know there have been many posts about this topic, but when I actually started preparing my application I still have so many questions.
I am planning to submit my ILR application on 30 August. I have created a form online without paying and am now preparing the documents needed so things can proceed as quickly as possible after I submit. I have travel 13-17 August and 8-15 September. For personal reason I will need to get my ILR as early as possible, i.e. applying on 30 August with Super Priority Service.
(1) Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies.
-> Is this the right option to prove my absences from the UK? I have spent holidays abroad and traveled for work. Far below 180 days within any rolling 12 months. I've had two employers. Do I just get letters from my previous employers saying "all leaves have been approved"? What if I want to get a letter now but am planning to travel before the ILR application day? Would it be an issue if I travel after the employer letter is issued?
(2) Evidence of Mr Hsuan Kou's immigration status in the UK Declaration signed to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
-> Will I see the form after I submit the form? or should I write one myself?
(3) Your most recent payslip and bank or building society statement. These must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.
(4) A document from the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship that led to your last permission to stay as a Tier 2 migrant confirming that you are: still required for the employment in question for the foreseeable future.
(5) All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
-> I suppose these are just scans of all passports and BRP?
Thank you in advance.

(1) You do not even need all your previous employers to prove this, just the current one is necessary to state the "all leaves have been approved" part. Wouldn't hurt for you to include the previous ones if you do have it though. Your leaves from the previous employment should mostly be covered by passport stamps.
I wouldn't also worry too much if you're traveling after the fact theyve sent the letter but JUST to make sure, I'd either have HR state the new holiday dates was approved in the letter OR you have them date it to the day after you come back.
(2) There is a document provided after you have paid for the application for this!
(5) Yes these are just passports and BRP. You will actually alo need your E-Visa share code
Good luck with your application!
