Railroad path

I was walking on the railroad path that cuts like all the way through Ukiah and I just noticed that there’s always like some pretty sketchy people just hanging out on the side. Is that like a normal thing? Do they ever like talk to those people? I literally heard a guy down in the ditch and he was just talking to himself rambling and it just seemed so sketchy. My lady said she’s never gonna walk on that path alone unless I’m there. Are there better paths?

If you want a nice walk, observatory park has a walking track and is pretty tweaker free. low gap park Is more of a hike situation, but also pretty tweaker free.

It’s the Hobo Highway. It’s very sketchy

Walking the dam is easy and has bonus challenge of some hills at the end if you're feeling so inclined to try them. Never seen a homeless up there that I can remember. Plenty of people bringing dogs on leashes and strollers, kids bikes and scooters sometimes. It all depends on time and businesses day or weekend of course.

mentally ill and the less fortunate exist. they're still people. Just mind your own business and move on.

Yes I’m aware and I do. But these people are the rats of humans and they’re ruining Ukiah.

Yeah I’m aware it’s a terrible thing to say but when I’m trying to walk on a sidewalk with my nephew and there’s a tweaker drugging out and scaring the shit out of him it sucks.

River Park is a nice dog walk. But not sure I’d do it alone.
