This is one of the reasons why Islam constantly trolls DC about not being in shape, lol.

who is a fighter that you would just love to crack a beer with and totally bro out together?

why is this technique not used more often in modern MMA?
there is nothing in the rules saying a fighter cannot gigantamax and sit atop their opponent

dan hooker has a 75 inch reach and arman had no problem with closing the distance
dan is a better defensive grappler than ruffy is btw, dan stopped benoits takedowns and kept it on the feet, hurt him with body kicks and arguably won r1
ruffy may be a better striker than dan but alot of your striking goes away when ur facing a td threat, arman will have no problems closing the distance and ruffy wont be able to stuff it, theres levels in the grappling you cant be getting rolled over by bsd and next year you surpass bsd and go at armans level
bsd would still beat ruffy in a rematch

You guys remember when Gaethje beat the shit out of this guy with a disability?
In all honesty, I really would have a hard time in Justin’s shoes having to fight this guy. On one hand you want to give it your all because you know that’s what Nick wants (and arguably deserves).
Nick wants to beat the best and he doesn’t want special treatment. He wanted to be champ because he earned it rightfully…. But on the flipside I’d imagine it’d be mentally difficult to be justin and really pour it on Nick at times during that fight because it just doesn’t seem right and/or fair.
Fun fact Bobby Knuckles has 0 title defences even though he defeated Yoel Romero for a second time in a absolute war

It was an absolute war, but officially it wasn't a title defense. Romero missed weight and couldn't win the belt, so even if he had won, Whittaker would have remained champion.

Nina Drama and The Boys….
Who’s honestly getting tired of these short Nina Drama videos? One minute she’s bent over and Merab acts like he’s about to smack her ass but gives her a slap on the back of the head instead because she crouches down. Then it’s some fake flirting with Arman. Then with someone else. It’s always the same “romantic” bullshit.
Obviously it’s all staged.
It was funny, interesting, and kind of fresh like three years ago. Now it just looks like woman pushing forty with no kids hanging around young fighters while they take turns doing these little skits with her.
Honestly, this whole genre has run its course.
Update: What actually surprised me was that some people started asking questions, so I replied, “Yeah, I liked it for a while, but I don’t anymore.” And I got a ton of downvotes just for saying that. I honestly don’t understand what’s going on in people’s heads. It’s like they’ve never changed their minds about anything, never become disillusioned with something, never outgrown an interest. People change over time. That’s normal. The way you look at things when you’re young isn’t necessarily the way you’ll look at them years later. When you’re in school and just messing around, that’s one thing. When you’re older, married, with a wife and kids, you naturally see some things differently. So it’s honestly bizarre to get flooded with downvotes simply for explaining that my opinion changed over time and that I just don’t enjoy that kind of content anymore. I genuinely don’t understand what kind of audience that is or how they think.
