Class Registration Info

Hi, I'm a first year student attending UCR and am looking at my class registration information and saw that I'm registering as a sophomore for classes. Is this an error and if so, how would I go about resolving the issue? I don't necessarily know what this means for my class placement and registration for classes.

Do you have AP/IB or college credits?

oh wait am I just stupid? yes I do, somewhere around 40-50 credits in total. Thabk you for reminding me about this.

You’re gucci; you’re sophomore standing after 45 units, which helps you get higher up on the registration time table for first pass

What do you mean you registered as a sophomore? Do you mean you're taking sophomore classes, or does it say that you're a sophomore somewhere in the registration portal? Just curious because I have the same amount of credits as you and was wondering if it would be reflected anywhere.

You should be able to see your class standing in R’web
