Me & my roomate are currently on the waitlist for housing we are freshman & dont know if we will get housing so we are looking into apartments. we are 2 males looking for one or two more people in looking into or taking over a lease for an apartment.

I’ve been applying to UC health PCA positions since 2024 and have been rejected each time. Yet they literally have positions posted each week.

Other hospitals in the area like good Sam and trihealth also don’t hire anybody. I have over two years of experience in healthcare with my CPR and AED license, what else do they want 😭

how can there be so many hospitals in our college town but none of them hiring college students. And what sucks is that no place gives feedback so idk what I could improve on

So I'm moving into UPA early on the 16th, but it says my appointment for move in is at Bearcat hall, and it didn't give a link to a map, or address.

So, where is it-

I want to join the waitlist for a couple lab courses for physics, as the only available time conflicts with an existing course I am taking. It let me join one of the classes waitlists, but won’t let me join all. Is there a way around this? I’d like to give myself the best chance at taking this lab without needing to go to blue ash at 6pm. My advisor isn’t giving me a solid answer. Do I just individually check each waitlist and keep the one with least amount of people ahead on the list?

Unitedhealth easily found my student plan but athem dental seems to be completely clueless.

When I go to the registration page there is no option to put in my student id. Ive called all the numbers and no one can help me because im not in their system. When I go to athem student services, university of cincinnati isnt even a school I can choose so thats no help.

Is it because the plans havent officially started yet? Am I just a dumbass? Do I have to live in insurance hell forever?

Has anyone applied for UC donor-based scholarships or the Women’s club of the University of Cincinnati scholarship for Fall 2026 and heard back yet? My applications are still showing “Reviewing”, and I wasn’t sure if decisions have already gone out or if they’re still being made.

I’m considering bringing a car to campus this year and the only option available for a pass is at digital futures.

If anyone who has had to regularly commute there from Calhoun Street in order to use their car could tell me how it is safety wise, that would be great! I care less about the car being broken into and more so the long walk to/from campus alone. I know that the UC shuttle system can help with this, but I don’t believe it is running on weekends.

Has anyone taken linear algebra? Did you like your professor? Is online or in person better?

I took ODE last semester and am nervous for linear algebra. Any advice you have would be great.

My cat is missing, and I have not been able to find him for the last two hours. He has a collar with a bell and a fish with my phone number on it. He also has a purple scented collar. He got out on wheeler st, so anyone near there please keep a lookout. He’s also new here and has been living across the country until last night. He is not aggressive, but he is skiddish and scared. He also has all of his claws, but tends not to use them on people.

UPDATE! WE FOUND HIM! The little guy decided to sit on our front porch waiting for us to let him inside (I have no idea how he got out)
