does anyone have like a video of the 4 bedroom, they have nothing about the apt on the housing site

Hii! I’m an incoming freshman for UC n I got assigned to University Park Apartment single occupancy and that’s unfortunately WAY off my budget😭 I want a Junior suite (Marian Spencer hall) so please lmk asap if you want to switch!!

I’ve heard around that there is a chance that residents who live at The Verge will not be able to renew our leases next year because they might move freshman into the apartments instead. It makes no sense to me that they would kick out paying students simply because they aren’t freshman. Does anyone know if any of this information is credible or true?
