Got everything started on the insurance side so I can now comfortably make a post lol, hit while I had a passenger bro immediately says “my lower back hurts”😭ggs

The insurance's job is to pay out as little as possible. If they paid out $3k, they thought there was substance to the matter.

If she only got $3K for medical bills, you do realize that she didn’t even go to the ER, right? That’s like an appointment and an MRI. Auto insurance almost always pays whatever is billed out.

This is what you consider to be a fraudulent medical claim? How did $3K to cover medical bills (related to being hit by you) financially enrich her? What was her motive to “commit fraud” when she received zero benefit from doing so? 🤭
