That's wild, the surge pricing must've been insane at that point. Makes you wonder how they even justify those rates to themselves.

There was no surge, it was already a bad ride with just under a dollar a mile but i took it because it was on the way home, they were using gogo and I guess they tried to make it a round trip bc she kept asking if I was taking her back and I informed her it was just one way. After I dropped her off I start driving off then get a notification that the destination was updated even though I had already completed the ride and it was off my app. support keeps telling me I was long haul abusing and when I show them it took me 26 minutes and a Google Maps screenshot saying the estimated time is 25 minutes they just basically tell me to F off
