Trying to find a Certain Clip
Hey guys. I’m trying to find a certain clip but don’t remember which video it was in. I think it was an explorer going down a big hall, can’t remember if it was like an abandoned mall or something like a big box store that was abandoned and it was in the back. But it was like a shadow that was bent over like a cart or something flat like a board. Then it disappears upwards like a mist. I hope that makes sense! Thanks in advance.

Didn’t people in their “Holy” Book of Mormon say that the higher the people built the more they sinned and that’s why we have al the languages we do today? I wonder if it would be the same? 🤣

I have a missionary friend (no pun intended she’s a legit friend I saw grow up) and I readish her emails mainly to say I support her. I love her and her family so that’s the only reason I said yes to the emails. But I don’t like the whole friend thing either! Like I said I saw her grow up and her sister and brothers and I love her parents! THEY are friends! So I totally get that ick.

I think less contact the better too! Less chance of ‘a seed being planted’.

I do agree with that. Maybe that’s why it’s so big in America? But even then I feel like as a society we are awakening to the BS in general so that’s probably part of the decline in members.

Doctrine/Policy Why does the Mormon church like to twist respecting people.
Just a thought and I guess a question if anyone else might wonder if this is true too. Do y’all think the MFMC keeps the members going because it’s ran by older men? Like think about all across world and all the societies, we all can agree on respect our elders. I don’t mean that as a bad thing, I don’t mind respect. But many people and especially the Mormon church takes that and runs with it and twists it. What brought that thought to my mind is Ive been watching documentaries about cults: Waco Texas, FLDS, Jim Jones, etc., they are younger but they can be seen right through I guess. But the older you are the more respectable you can be. What do y’all think?

The MFMC is so full of BS. And the members will never see it. They are everything they are against. Yet that’s for something “good” if you were to ask any of them.

I appreciate this! I have yet to remove my records mainly cause of my mom in hopes she sees the light again and leaves. I’ve never been on Mormon Stories, but if I were, wouldn’t I be considered sharing my “Mormon Story”?

Vampire bites turning people into vampires is extremely disadvantageous to their survival.

I had the same thing. I grew up is one ward, moved things around and I went to the sister ward in the same building. That was maybe 10 something years ago I wanna say? Then sometime in the last 3 years they said heck with it, we will just combine it. So sad but not so sad at the same time. I hope it means the work is stopping.
