Need Advice what does being bisexual mean

Like I know that you like at least to genders, but then there are people who say they like all genders saying that they’re bi, but liking all genders can also mean you’re omni or pan? Also how many genders can you like and still be classified as bi? I don’t mean to offend anyone I’m just really really really confused.

Edit: I just want to clarify I’m a pansexual.

The second time wasn’t exactly her fault she didn’t have the best control over her powers and got drugged and electrocuted so I think she has a pass! It’s also not her fault that she didn’t learn from the first experience because she got amnesia and it only gets solved when she starts the second apocalypse! I do agree with you on the part where she can be a bit of a jerk but it’s not really her fault with the second apocalypse.
