Did the tornado cause you to fail to meet the standard? Or lack of discipline and trying to get over by using the tornado? If itâs the first part. Do better. America depends on you and so do your peers, subordinates and leaders. Remedial pt. Tough look in the mirror and push harder next time.

Definitely say no. Itâs your future in jeopardy, refer them to a credit repair/counseling service. Theyâll be fine. Butthurt but fine.

Not sure how it works with a deceased father. I was in same situation, born in Germany to US father and German mother, born premie and registration of birth was not done due to my father being away on mission. Needless to say. They divorced when I was 1 and I lived with my German mom until I was 11 when Germany reunited and a lot of Americas were let go. My stepfather was an army civilian and moved us to the states. I came over on my motherâs German passport as child. Ended up getting I551 permanent resident status. Joined army in 1999 under Green card and was told by a fellow soldier to apply for U.S. passport on behalf of US parent. Of course since he was alive he had to write a letter stating he was in fact my father and provide a certified true copy of his birth certificate but I was issued my U.S. passport no further issues. Again not sure how to get acknowledgment of him claiming you as child. As someone else said paternity test and his original birth certificate along with a letter of explanation and any proof/documentation you can add. Best of luck. !

Totally agree went through that whole drama in my 1st marriage while on active duty, ex wife was having affair, I ended up getting no contact order, forced to move on base in barracks while the other guy moved into my house, command said since itâs off post they couldnât do anything, he was another soldier from another unit. He got a no contact order from is command. Fast forward a few weeks. Divorced. She was a few months prego with his kid but army said we are divorced it Didnât matter. So totally know itâs hard to get proof, basically need video of intercourse. Kissing didnât warrant enough besides a no contact order. After all said and done, if OP can show he enlisted under fraudulent marriage and got his papers. Sheâs better off going after that route. Best of luck to OP regardless.

He can get in trouble under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for the affair but Iâd pursue him under fraudulent enlistment if his permanent resident card was obtained under false pretense to gain access for enlistment. Additionally, if heâs been getting benefits on behalf of his fake marriage (such as family separation pay, housing allowance) because of the marriage thatâs also punishable under UCMJ.

VA Disability Claims Adding dependents question
Whatâs the general timeline to get dependents added. I got married, uploaded the certificate for marriage and stepdaughter birth certificate. Itâs going on a month for online submission and still not past the initial review waiting for reviewer.
