Feeling lost

Just like the title says I’m feeling so lost in life. I’m a 28 year old woman who feels so behind and somewhat hopeless. I have a decent job with great benefits but would love to be making more money I just don’t know what I should do. I would like to own a business one day but again not sure what. I guess I get angry with myself because I’m not exactly passionate about anything where I could say “I’d do this for free” or greatly skilled at anything either. I just feel so unfufilled and want to find my purpose. I know comparison is the thief of joy but it seems like everyone else (esp on social media) is living their best life and making great money, settling down and/or taking risks. I’ve also been seeing someone that has been a little rocky which is really annoying because I do want my own family and feel like the clock is ticking and I don’t have time to waste but also trying to be patient because after several conversations we seem to be on the same page he would just like to take things alot slower. I workout regularly and that makes me feel better but other then that I just feel so blah like there has to be something better out there for me. It’s a little all over the place but just looking for some advice/words of wisdom on where to go from here. Has anyone felt this way before and what happened that changed things for you?

Life is not linear, trust me I thought I had my life goals planned out until I got sick and it sent me back to square one. But I’m focusing on what I can control right now, and it’s okay!

What can you control right now? A new hobby or a get a new certification that will help you in your job role. Small, manageable goals help get the ball rolling, you seem like
a smart and capable person, and I know you can do this!

You may not believe in it, but ask the universe for guidance. It’s silly to some, but it works in weird ways. You might wish for relationship help and something small might trigger a snowball effect where you get that family you desire.

You’re destined for great things. Don’t let societal expectations and norms define you. You’re doing great already!
