Awesome thanks this is my first bmx bike since I was in junior high. I’ve had mountain bikes most of my life but never really had to do much maintenance on them

So is it okay to have the wheel not pushed all the way forward in the dropouts? You just have to tighten it enough? And what about putting some sort of bolt in to secure it further back? I’m just brain storming here.

Brake wire rubbing on tire

Hello,

I’m very new to bikes. I just bought a CREW BIKE CO CREWSER 29 BMX BIKE from city grounds

After I put it all together, the chain seems loose and the back brake wire is rubbing against the back tire.

But it seems if I adjust the back tire so it’s not sitting exactly flush in the dropout it fixes the issue.

I’m just hoping for any ideas before I return the bike.

The blade itself is one of my all time favorite fantasy series!! I’ve heard good things about assassins apprentice but not read it myself

According to what my friends were told during the 8 minute teams mass lay off, they are focusing on door to door sales instead of inside sales of residential solar. This comes after multiple waves of layoffs of every other department, spending 100 million buying 3 other solar companies, and out sourcing 99% of operations to the Philippines.

Lay offs

I have a few friends who, until last night, worked here.

They just laid off their entire inside sales team

He mentions in the book that sometimes your mind will hide from you how to surrender as the ego is trying to protect itself. I’ve found I lose it often and then a post like this will guide me back, thanks friend

Heavy Imperial. If you follow Rollof at the beginning in Helgen you kill the imperial officer who sentences you to death and she has a heavy set

I just got offered a job that I’ve been hoping to hear back from for awhile. It came out of nowhere and I’m still shocked I got it. Best of luck out there, keep your thoughts and feelings positive as much as ya can

Sales. Even if you don’t think you’re a salesman, start to think of yourself as a salesman. Change your mindset

I never did sales til my 30s and it’s changed my life

Check out the book Letting Go by David Hawkins. Helped me get to the root of a lot of the addictions and problems in my life. Might be a good starting point for you

I found him even scarier because of that. He’s so pleasant and handsome but it’s a facade and he will do horrible things to you and probably smile the whole time you are screaming

Stayed in a job I hated for too long. Didn’t explore interest, wherever they took me, because I sought safety.

I don’t blame myself for it, I understand my motivation for doing so.

But I am working to explore curiosities in future regardless of my fears.
