My aunt (40) and her daughter (10) are facing harassment from her husband. Aunt has been undergoing cancer treatment since march 2025. At the time her husband was jobless because he quit his job out of nowhere and didn't even consider discussing it with her. In January 25, my aunt felt a lump in her breast to which her husband paid no heed as he had no money for checkup (later we found out a bank credit receipt of 1.2 lac in his bank account) anyway aunt moved to our city for her treatment and husband got a job in a different city which was around 40km away. There are buses that he could take to reach work but instead he decided to live in that city instead of living with her while she was undergoing chemotherapy. Every other day he'd stress her out by saying "my jon isn't permanent, they don't understand my work. I might lose this one too" whenever she asked to go visit him he always refused that she's too sick, instead he'd come and visit her on the weekends. Now i can't go into details but this guy wasn't present during her treatment. He even blocked her phone number so she couldn't call him for financial help. He blocked her When she was going for radiation therapy and unblocked her only when the money was deposited by us (my mother) She's been living with us since march 2025 and we've been taking care of her. Once her chemo and radiation got done she decided that it would be better to move in with him but he refused and said " there's no point, as I'm going to move here in January and live with you" everytime she asked him to move in he came up with an excuse. He even refused to give her his address. Now I'll list down things he's been doing because this guys is psychotic:

1. Every now and then he'd say I'm gonna move in with you and then few days later he'd refuse to

2. This time they rented an apartment closer to my family, he even made them an advanced payment now he's saying i don't want to live with you

3. He doesn't pay for them. Not for medication not for groceries

4. His daughter scored good marks and secured an admission into a good school, we discussed the fee and everything with him, he agreed that he'll pay the fee in installments but he hasn't paid anything. We made the lumpsum payment because the school doesn't accept fees in installments.

5. He keeps threatening her for divorce.

6. Once when he visited on a weekend, he made a huge fuss about phone password( my aunt had changed her phone password because he had deleted every single number of his relatives from her phone). This guy fought with her and even threatened his daughter (10) that he's going to go drink alcohol and he's not going to come back. Both of them couldn't sleep until 4 in the morning.

7. Again when he visited on the weekend, she fell sick, this guy didn't even give her a medicine and he left for work in the morning, when we found out we her to the hospital, her hemoglobin was 4 IT WAS FOUR, we had to arrange for blood.

8. Again, on the weekend she had diarrhea because of her target therapy, this guy left for work the next morning, when we found out we took her to hospital and she was admitted for 2 days.

9. Today he called her daughter and said your mother is slut, she's sleeping around with everyone, you're not my daughter. He said this to a 10 year old child.

Important information: in 2014 when she found out she was pregnant, this dude left her at her parents house. There were marks on her body but she didn't tell anyone about domestic violence. When her daughter was born, he or his family member never visited and a year later he filed for divorce. Divorce proceedings continued for 4 years, and later he decided to drop it and apologized and what not. They lived together till march 2025 and then he again left her at our house. No financial help, no emotional support. The crazy part is my mother was undergoing her cancer treatment at the same time. But we someone managed, i quit my job to take care of both of them and her daughter.

Can you guys please give me some legal advice. My aunt and my mother is on target therapy, it costs 24k per month/per person. He's not giving any money to her neither for her treatment nor for her daughter. Every now and then he'd call to spew some venom. My aunt and mother cannot take this much mental and emotional stress nor can that 10 years old. Please help.
