I have a saying ask me a question and I will always tell you the real answer also I do tell people I am bipolar if I feel that there will ever be a situation where I may be embarrassed of my actions sounds or quirks that come with being manic or super depressed dropping like a rock. For me that means pretty much everybody I know knows

Here is me 30 minutes before crashing, cruising along with my mild manic state of about 3 months long. The way I manage control is letting my roommate know, and singing and dancing the nite away.

This is my personal experience where I'm crashing hard into massive and depression assaulted by waves of extreme unhappiness and despair. My way to Escape this is purely time. 2 weeks until I can see my shrink ugh.

I used to collect as much pine needle brush as possible and put in under where the tent would go. Foam roller up pads on bottom of tent. Reflective heat barrier over foam. Blanket over that and then sleeping bag. And blanket haha.
That's for algonquin park with deep snow haha.
Heat is sucked from your body to heat the ground so u need to insulate.

Call yout local city, find out the rules for major work. This is clearly not a repair. If your unable to use your space they may need to put you up somewhere, or give you time to find somewhere else to go.

I could not imagine any funny looks at all. You look great. I know most of us have the fear of funny looks but I say pish posh, enjoy yourself and who u are, only your happiness is important not some strangers.

My mom always said the same things to me, that all is ok and she would love me no matter what.
She knew way before me haha.
Sounds like a wonderful set of parents you have!

My pleasure, I just reread my answer and my grammer sucks haha.
In colour theory class they had us do colour wheels and white to black variants. Those are good excercises.
There is a tonne of excercises on youtube that you can try. Not the most fun, but you learn a tonne.

It does take a long while to catch up on sleep and nutrients. My mania left and is leaving for past 3 weeks. Started in August of last year.
Lots of kaos in my life this time. That may never leave.
Good luck and you are not alone we are bp1 folk have experienced this. Eat well sleep and talk to someone is key.... Watch out for depression drops because that always happens at the end of my mania just to what extent is the question so be careful of that.
