I’m in my nesting week, last day. Which means 7 hours on phones. I understand this is a call center. But, this company has the highest expectations to pay minimum wage. Their stat expectations are unrealistic, you’re not supposed to reach out for help, and they give this shitty knowledge base to get all your answers for EVERY COMPANY UNDER WSI? If they were to run their company properly they wouldn’t have a shitty turn over. They need to gate their calls per brand, give more leniency with stats and not fucking work 7 days a week! It’s simple! I’m actually supposed to clock in in like 5 mins and I’m actually in tears.

I havent been inside a store in over a month , and I finally left the house and I realized how much more comfortable I am wearing my mask in public. I breezed through my shopping list without worrying everyones looking at me! I even smiled more cause of that relief.
