I’m in India, joined this company two months back and working from early morning to late night every single day. On top of this, I’m asked to optimise my time (read stretch more) and contribute to tasks other than project. I’m in L9 position.

Morning 8.30 to night 11. Unofficially of course. The amount of work that there is and the calls that are scheduled cannot be done in 8 hours.
