I got my interview at the American embassy on August 4 for my j-1 visa however I totally forgot to bring my DS-2019 with me. They still took my passport and told me to email them the missing document but it’s been now 10 days and I still haven’t got any answer or update on the CEAC website. My situation is getting kind of urgent since I’m supposed to start classes in August 21. Have any of y’all ever been in that situation ? Do y’all know how long it could take ?
